Terms of Service
These terms govern ForgeOS services at forgeyourlife.ai, including the TestForge web beta. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate information. Keep your password and device secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and must tell support promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
What TestForge currently provides
TestForge lets a developer link an existing Google Play app by package ID and testing links, create a testing campaign, review authorised tester applications, and monitor participation and private QA indicators. Testers can apply, follow Play or Group links, record meaningful sessions, submit structured feedback and private ratings, and earn virtual Test Credits. Direct AAB or APK upload, guaranteed tester retention, professional device-lab QA, automatic Play Console changes and guaranteed Google approval are not provided.
Developer responsibilities
You must own or be authorised to test every app you link, provide accurate package and access links, keep testing instructions lawful and safe, and use approved tester emails only to add or manage those testers for the stated closed test. You must not upload malware, seek access credentials, misrepresent app behaviour, or use TestForge to evade Google Play policies.
No abuse and genuine-testing rules
Testing must be real and useful. Do not use bots, device farms, fake accounts, coerced installs, review manipulation, reciprocal positive-review schemes or incentives tied to public Google Play ratings. Test Credits reward eligible TestForge activity and honest private QA, never a positive verdict or public review. Google alone decides whether an app qualifies for production access.
Feedback and content
You keep ownership of your app and original content. You grant ForgeOS the limited rights needed to host, process and display submitted material to operate and secure the service. Testers must submit feedback they are entitled to share. Campaign-associated feedback may be made available to the relevant app owner for app improvement; private ratings are not automatically published outside TestForge.
Credits and billing
Test Credits are virtual service units with no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred outside supported referral features, and do not buy a membership by themselves. The displayed credit cost applies when an action is confirmed. ForgeOS may correct credits created by error, fraud, chargeback or duplicated fulfilment, while preserving an audit record.
Plans, campaign fees and checkout
Current prices, included credits and campaign fees are shown before checkout. Paid developer plans have no free trial, free premium period, free campaign activation or free launch-credit giveaway. A tester account may be created without charge solely to apply for genuine tests; it includes no paid feature, Test Credits, developer plan or campaign activation. Paid plans renew through Stripe until cancelled. A campaign activation can require both Test Credits and a separate cash payment. Stripe, not TestForge, collects card details. Checkout completion is not final until a signed payment event is verified against the signed-in account. Applicable taxes and the final amount are those shown at checkout.
Cancellation, refunds and deletion
Manage or cancel an active subscription through the Stripe billing portal linked from the signed-in account. Cancellation timing and access follow the information shown there. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected; for billing errors or a legally required refund, contact support@forgeyourlife.ai. Cancelling does not delete the account. Cancel an active membership before using TestForge account deletion.
Referral discount
A referral reward is a one-time, non-stackable 15% discount against the next eligible membership invoice for both accounts only after the recruited account completes three consecutive paid monthly invoices on the same subscription. It never reduces campaign fees. ForgeOS may reject self-referrals, duplicate accounts or abuse.
Availability and beta limits
TestForge is a beta and may change, pause or remove features to protect users, comply with law or platform policy, or control security and cost. Service availability, tester numbers, uninterrupted participation, Play Console acceptance, app performance, revenue and profitability are not guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
ForgeOS may restrict or close accounts or campaigns that breach these terms, create security or legal risk, abuse payments or credits, or harm other users. You may stop using the service and request deletion, subject to active-billing cancellation and the retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability and governing law
The service is provided with reasonable care but without promises beyond mandatory law. You remain responsible for your app, Google Play compliance, release decisions and backups. Swedish law governs these terms, while mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply.
AI and other ForgeOS providers
AI-generated material can be wrong and must be reviewed before use. Music, video, maps, billing and marketplace functions may stay gated until provider rights, safety, cost and release checks pass. Provider keys remain server-side; a displayed feature is not a promise that an external paid provider is active.
